As you can see in this video, it is incredibly complex.  ESXi, on the other hand, walks you through without a lot of fuss.  VMware is faster and easier.

If you can see this, then you might need a Flash Player upgrade or you need to install Flash Player if it's missing. Get Flash Player from Adobe.
