1. Have a Hyper-V cluster managing with SCVMM.
2. Put SCVMM in a VM and place the VM on the cluster.
3. Initialize an RDP sessiion to the SCVMM virtual machine and start SCVMM console.
3. Initialize Quick migration from within SCVMM console.

Could you tell us what happens?
